I don’t believe that groundhog…do you? Weather outside is wonderful…60’s on the East Coast for February is a good sign.
I can’t wait for the kids to be off from school cause I get to see my grandchildren more often. Living in New York during the winter isn’t fun; although this winter wasn’t really bad. Would be ideal if we could spend six months here and six months in a warmer climate.
Easter is coming up…Ash Wednesday starts next week. Everyone will be looking to make Easter Bread or Pizza Rustica.

Summer is around the corner and I look forward to having friends over, barbecuing, swimming in the pool, doing fun things with the family; going on day excursions to places of interest. My grandchildren love staying in hotels and eating out. Trying to build up more and more memories with the family as I get older. Family is the most important thing. My heart goes out to anyone who does not have family or isn’t close to their family. My children are very close to me and I thank God for that. I’m lucky that my son-in-law and daughter-in-law spend so much time with our side of the family.
I’ve been sick for the past few weeks and developed pneumonia, but I am on the road to recovery and will be making another video real soon. My hope is that you all will keep coming back. I thank you for the support. Don’t forget to share.
